A residential led future development site, subject to planning.
We are in the process of masterplanning a mixed-use development for this site in part or as a whole.
Atrium Scheme, East Road/Newmarket Road, Cambridge
External architects, Alison Brooks Associates are currently working up a residential development scheme on this site to develop 84 high quality apartments with underground car parking. A resolution to grant planning consent has now been granted.
